When submitting a Ticket the following is helpful but not required.

  2. What device you where using at the time the issue happened.
  3. What OS & Web Browser you where using at the time the issue happened.
  4. Have you tried to do the same thing on a different device or browser.
  5. What if any error message is displayed at the time of the issue.
  6. What you where doing at the time that the issue happened.
  7. Did you find a way around the issue that worked.
