To signup for automatic payments please go to your account at admin.eleboards.com.

In your account page you will see a section called Billing. At the bottom of this section is a link to Update Credit Card Details.

Eleboards does not store any of your credit card details. Your Credit Card details are sent via HTTPS to eWays servers where they are kept. eWay is PCI-DSS compliant.

Payments with automatic payments are made at the time of invoicing on the First of the month. You can pay with Direct Debit or by manual Credit Card payments if you choose. However payments that are late run the risk of loss of service.
